Chaavah descending with flight in open air leads to empty map

I was flying over open air in Chaavah and descended from level 3 to level 2. The map was empty and was title “two levels above moon stair”. I recoiled out and the two companions I was with appear to have disappeared as I can’t find them in Chaavah or anywhere else.
