Recipes do not grant their effects after quitting the game, restarting, and reloading the save

As title. The recipes work fine until you exit the game and come back to the save. Possibly related to #12247
Save attached has plenty of recipes that show this. Nothing in log, peculiarly.

This seems to be an issue with the effects of all recipes not granting the things they’re supposed to. My photosynthetic skin doesn’t grant QN, for example.

<bhodi> Cooking a Drop of Nectar from a recipe previously created by Carbide Chef does not re-roll the brainbrine channel. Seems like that's a bug, since cooking via "Choose your ingredients" properly rerolls it (into the next fixed result)
