[#bugs] Had a puffshroom spawn on top of an asphalt weep, as in the lichen spewing the asphalt was underneath the shroom and wasn't initially visible. Killed the puffshroom in melee. No journal entry

<Zayex9555> Had a puffshroom spawn on top of an asphalt weep, as in the lichen spewing the asphalt was underneath the shroom and wasn't initially visible. Killed the puffshroom in melee. No journal entry noting the location of the asphalt weep (Red Rock, 4 down), so I manually look at it. Journal entry noting the location added as soon as the screen provided opened. I could dismiss the journal entry notification, but I am frozen here and can't find a way to close this box. Game doesn't seem to be responding to input. Managed to close the box with the mouse, but it seemed like it was just ignoring my keyboard input. Game resumes like nothing happened.
