Carapace takes up an extra hand slot after Cloaca Surprise

Cole Wardell created an issue

After drinking the Cloaca Surprise, my rearranged slots destroyed the legendary axe in one of my hands (the one I’m currently holding in my primary, I rebuilt the zone where I found it to get another) and forced it to hold my carapace? It cannot be removed or exchanged.

    do mutationbgone with Carapace and then mutation:Carapace to get it back. stat:MP:[number] to get MP to level it up again if it was higher than 1.
