Alphabit curiosities with ammo and spectacles

I only just noticed because of the current bug with them, but I noticed that there are a few ‘weird’ assigned bits that may be that way because the actual bits are being translated internally to different values.

Spectacles cost a C bit in game, i.e. Scrap Metal, but surely a B bit (Scrap Crystal) makes more sense? Given that the recipe in the xml is B2, I’m wondering if that’s what happened here.

Similarly, lead slugs and shotgun cells cost a D bit in game i.e. Scrap Electronics, which is C internally, where it seems like Scrap Metal makes more sense.

this one isn't from the 0 bit problem, they're specifically set as such in the xml (confirmed this is still the case on .95) which is why I'm curious if that's intentional or if they've been mixed up. Other set bits seem to make sense, like a folding chair being made out of scrap metal etc

That being said, I am now noticing that a 2 bit is flawless crystal, so maybe the scrap metal for spectacles is meant to represent the frame? If so it’s more just the ammo that puzzles me
