Mac keybind issue: Can't go to Modifications page in Tinkering, no rebind option

As above. CTRL+Tab on Mac isn’t working for me to “Switch to Modifications” inside the Tinkering window, but I don’t see any way to rebind it in the Keybinds window. Now nothing can be made sturdy.
