Item sorting orders are inconsistent across menus

For example, food is sorted differently in inventory, in trade menus, and in the cooking menu.

‘A-Z’ mode in inventory seems to sort by color before alphabetical order; also within a given category in Category mode, too. Not sure if that’s a bug, but relevant to the inconsistent sorting.
