Cannot scroll middle details column of the new UI tinkering menu from keyboard

This is often necessary to see mod effect previews.

Navigating left/right or using the Details Navigation menu controls don't work (they work elsewhere).

Another user on discord said they can’t get it to scroll on controller either.
