Clear out unused files

As the game nears 1.0, the various unused files taking up space should be cleaned up; modders will have no use for them (and old versions are accessible anyway). Here are all the ones I could identify after trying to search for references of them in the source code and .xml files:

    Manual.xml is still used as a file (see XRL.Help.XRLManual.CacheInit(), which registers files with <help> tags).

    Ah, thought it got deprecated in Spring Molting. Either way, I’m guessing it’ll no longer be in use by 1.0.
