After getting the "Heat Death" achievement in roleplay and returning to the checkpoint, I recoiled to Joppa and encountered it.
Before that, I was constantly restocking many NPCs in order to obtain Schrodinger pages.
NPCs in Joppa are not cloned using cloning draught or proselytized, but there are about 6 clones in Stiltgrounds.
However, I haven't confirmed the status of Stiltgrounds yet.

I haven't installed any mods. I can check the situation further if needed.
