[tutorial beta] the Villagers of Joppa faction doesn't properly exist in the tutorial

it’s hidden in the faction reputation screen, and looking at characters who should belong to or be admired by joppa doesn’t show that particular entry. water ritual popups only updated me on the negative reps irudad and mehmet held. yrame’s water ritual updated me on the warden rep and random faction negative. all these rituals gave me the expected amount of reputation with a consistent invisible faction shared by mehmet and irudad, but on the water ritual screen it tells me “Your reputation with Mehmet/Irudad is [x]” - yrame’s ritual screen tells me my reputation with the fellowship of wardens as usual. mehmet and irudad are able to trade secrets/recipes as though they belong to joppa, it’s just invisible
