Similar to Girsh Qon confuse on sight effect, consider a rare save for mobs to fall lovesick if the PC is an apple farmer’s daughter and looks at the mob. Perhaps a rare willpower save with a much more temporary lovesick effect limited to one mob at a time. Consider making mob a follower as if hit with a love injector.
