<exsanguination microtubules> Pretty sure this Rhinox just charged himself off the edge of the map (this is 3 strata up). Not sure if related, but in general I'm seeing a lot of "Action queue inconsistency" errors in tomb when changing zones, usually not as specific as this particular one. The errors all seem harmless but having frequent error messages in the message log detracts a bit from the roleplay experience.
