Fixed in 200.88. Gaining XP by any other means (such as using the actual xp wish) is a workaround in the meantime. (Report was difficult to process correctly because "wishing" is a specific faculty that has an XP wish; the "Give 250000 XP" keybindable command is a command, not a wish.)
