<Darkflagrance (Dark Sourcerer)> It appears that applying the jacked mod to a phase cannon, while having the biodynamic power plant installed, doesn't ameliorate the power draw when firing it. Since the biodynamic power plant cannot meet the energy requirements of one phase cannon shot, all of the power draw comes from whatever cell is inserted, as opposed to only the amount that the biodynamic power plant cannot provide.

it’s pulling all energy from the chem cell first and ignoring biodynamic power plant. Expected behavior: use the 5000 power draw from biodynamic power plant first, then take whatever else is needed from the cell.
