[#beta-bugs] 5 Legendary Templars Randgen in same Zone?

These 5 templars are all legendary (even though 3 of them have blue coloration). All 5 can be water ritualed and gift credit wedges, etc. Not sure if it’s intended for there to be so many of them legendary together, especially on a salt dunes surface zone.
