Telepathy no longer works

It looks like this hasn't been reported here, sorry if it's duplicated on Steam. As of 2.0.200.88, it appears that telepathy doesn't work: if the placer uses telepathy and chooses a target, pressing spacebar or enter doesn't begin dialogue. Tested with no mods on different NPCs.
