[beta] Prayer rods do shock damage without an energy cell and have a glitched attack message

Steps to reproduce:

  • Wish for a prayer rod and remove the energy cell if it has one
  • Attack any enemy

The message will be something like “The croc takes 9 shock damage from your.”
