Cooking a Meal Produces Benefit with Nested Percentages (25% chance to heal full 15% of the time)

Got a confusing message. After making a meal, I was told that whenever I drink "freshwater" (is that supposed to be "fresh water?"), there will be a 25% chance to heal a "full" 15% of the time.

If you count "full" as 100%, that's three portions/fractions/percentages I'm dealing with!
