<luminous eva problems> i fast traveled to the stilt, then started auto-walking north. every time i took a step it broke my auto-walk and the message log made it seem as though i was vacillating between the world map and the stilt, though visually i stayed on the stilt tile. it stopped doing this after my precinct navigator ran out of juice, but i don't know what the drain was like there
