more specifically: i’ve seen multiple people say that they hold down a button, such as enter, to donate many books all at once. however, new changes to leveling up have made this specific approach more difficult

+1 the UI also lags a bit when you bring a very large number of books, requiring patience to donate them all (see also #1809)

A mod exists to solve this problem though that may not be optimal?
