<Randy, Tinkering Arconaut> If you have a quest step name with the {{X|text}} style of color formatting in it, that quest step name can not be completed using the CompleteQuestStep conversation choice functionality, because it parses the bar character | as a separator to denote an XP override. See ConversationChoice.cs and choices in <conversation ID="Otho"> in Conversations.xml
