<Darkflagrance (Dark Sourcerer)> Phase harmonic grenade launchers are able to make their grenades hit the phased out target for the grenade's initial throw damage. But then when the grenade explodes, the effects of the grenade are not phase harmonic. In the screenshot, the grenade hits the tabby and tries to penetrate the armor. The explosion then hurts nearby creatures but not the tabby.
