Stinger: Lunge, Charge, Sting should guarantee venom procs

<Nemesis> I'm not sure if this should be called a bug or an oversight, but: when you set a stinger tail as your primary limb, I think the conditions that normally guarantee a stinger attack (lunge, charge, sting) should guarantee a venom proc instead. Currently they don't seem to do that.
