Goatfolk no longer dropping their weapons/equipment

I shot several armed goatfolk with a desert rifle, in each case, they dropped none of the equipment that I saw they were wearing/wielding.

fixed in the version noted (probably you got the patch that fixed it in between having the issue and reporting it)
