[#beta-bugs] Legendaries not spawning

I've noticed for a while that monsters don't spawn in the caves directly adjacent to a village, but on trying the beta branch, this also started happening to any lairs that spawn adjacent, resulting in an lair for a legendary that doesn't exist.
