Issues with AV and MS

TL;DR level 33 character, Multiple legs (10) with Bilge Sphinter. 28 Agi with preks put in more DV. Used to have about 180 MS but now only have a merely 89 and whilest being naked my natural DV is -2.
No active negative effects and can't see anything wrong with my character, other then the AV / MS.
