equipment rack back slots duping glitch

With equipment rack's two back slots, swapping an item from inventory or from one back slot to another causes it to be duped, giving a usable and sellable copy of the item. The item is removed, as it usually is when dragging and dropping an item onto an equipment slot with overlay inventory, but it gives two of the item instead of just returning the one original item.

Additionally, equipment rack doesn't seem to stack the equipment bonus of nylon bodypacks (unsure if others apply properly, or if this is intentional).

Unable to replicate any of the failures describe, so it looks like we fixed whatever was causing this along the way.
