Player sprite/ascii recoloring prioritizes liquid over health status or mutations.

When the player gets covered in blood or other liquids, their sprite or ASCII @ character turn the color of the liquid, overriding the settings for both color-by-health-status and color-by-mutation.

This persists in both tiles mode and ASCII mode, in the most recent beta (2.0.201.25) and stable (2.0.200.94).

It can be easily replicated by starting a new character in a village in the Salt Marshes, since they usually have fractus bushes within 1 tile of the starting screen (if not on the starting screen).
