<ErinSnuggle> Freezing Ray's melee temperature change component doesn't seem to be doing anything. Level 10 Freezing Ray melee neither reduces creatures below ambient temperature nor seems to cool heated creatures faster than simply passing a turn.

The current version of Freezing Ray reduces temperature by a flat -1d4 degrees on hit. Melee temperature loss does NOT scale with mutation level. AFAIK the only way to increase the melee effect of FR is by increasing attack speed with multiple arms, dual wield, jab, using freezing weapons, etc.
