Make AI not use eater's injectors in combat

It doesn’t really help. I have never seen a situation where that one extra attribute has changed the outcome in a battle. Also, less motivation to be friendly or neutral with putus.

also on a more meta level, we have more than once had someone come in to the discord saying they were gonna befriend the templar, and one of the reasons we’ve heard for that was that they didn’t want to risk losing the eater’s nectar to the templar using it as combat starts. it’s pretty much always bad vibes when someone discusses befriending the templar
