workshop uploader image select dialog is transparent to clicks

In the workshop uploader, the file selector for uploading an image doesn’t catch clicks on it, so they both interact with it and go through it, which means if you aren’t extremely careful, the click will hit one of the mods underneath it and switch which mod you have loaded while you’re trying to upload an image.
