<JP> Also, it seems like I'm consistently able to use swipe a second time if the first one fails to disarm? Not sure how consistent that is, I haven't had anything resist until I hit the deathlands. Don't have any perks that would prevent a skill from going on cooldown. The log says I used swipe, it connects (and if it doesn't disarm), it doesn't go on cooldown. Using it again will put it on cooldown.
