Level 25 Waveform Worm on the first layer, within 1 parasang of Joppa Ruins.

1 Parasang from Joppa Ruins, investigated a distillery. It was the workshop of a legendary ichor merchant. Went downstairs, autoexplored, autoexplore stopped when it saw the waveform worm. I looked at it, and IMMEDIATELY ran… then it charged through me for 22 damage.

I know out of depth enemies are an intentional aspect of qud, but a Level 25 enemy on the first layer of the easiest zone in a friendly merchant workshop is probably not what you had in mind.
