<Nemesis> In the Pax Klanq quest, Klanq will agree to build the climber even if you never got the blueprints from Q-Girl. I am actually kind of glad for this because it would suck to have to find Klanq, realize you don't have them, and go all the way to Grit Gate and back to the Rainbow Wood... But it does seem like a bug
