Crash On Playing Last Character from Fresh Boot

If you click start new game and immediately click to play last character, it crashes to desktop. If you click new Character, the Mutation Screen won't load, however, if you back out and click it again it will load and then you can click Play Last Character and it will work again.

not able to reproduce this, might of fixed it, but otherwise need better reproduction steps
