Make arconauts not pick up things larger than they could carry

Next update will have better checking on arconauts picking things up. However, we already had a check for items weighing more than 100 lbs, so the arconaut spotted must have generated with its. We're probably not going to start checking for overburdening on non-player-controlled NPCs, though, so that part is a wontfix.
