Make rejoinder a toggleable ability

Rejoinder can be detrimental against certain enemy types.

It may kill red jells/spitting slugs early or unexpectedly, causing damage from lava/acid. It may attack an electrofuge, causing unintentional electric damage. When facing enemies with staggering block having the rejoinder skill can result in being stun locked. Mirror bugs and other damage reflecting enemies can provoke you into attacking them and damaging yourself. If attempting to pacify nephtaali as a true kin by rebuking their chrome idol, rejoinder can kill tribesfolk before you are able to reach the idol, preventing the group as a whole from becoming passive.

It would make the skill more worthwhile and less dangerous if the ability could be toggled off. At present it is prudent to unequip all short blades around certain enemies.
