<autumn, chaotic cat cherub> something's up with historical site relic generation again, I think - heard anecdotes from a couple friends about no chest/legendary on the bottom floor, and just experienced the same myself (after churning through 5 floors full of rocket turrets).
I'd be happy to send a save in if you want it (I'll be around in triage to ask) but I do have a few small mods enabled
