As a mutant with Stunning Force I sometimes use it at close range to get enemies away from me, as it seems to cause me no harm. Sometimes, when I catch myself in the blast, though, I seem to mysteriously lose several turns, my enemies getting many turns of attacks on me with no message or indication I was stunned. In the following exchange, I was sandwiched between an eyeless crab and a wall. I outlined a particularly odd message. (I'm Elric, btw.)
