Short version for bug reproduction:
I'm playing a mutant Tinker who has Psychometry as one of their traits.
1. I used Psychometry on one of the starting artifacts in my inventory (an Acid Gas Grenade) to learn how to craft it.
2. I gave Argyve the grenade for the first "Fetch Argyve A Knickknack" quest.
3. I created another grenade using the crafting bits I had in my inventory. This didn't complete the "Find Another Knickknack" objective, but I was still able to give it to Argyve.

This isn't super high-priority - the quest still completed, I got my XP and the Weirdwire Conduit quest, but the quest with the unfinished objective remains in my journal, as pictured.
