the underlying MoveSpeed stat behaves opposite to other stats, lower is higher

if the wiki would like to translate MoveSpeed as it exists in ObjectBlueprints.xml into MS as it appears in the character sheet it would need to apply the formula that for some reason we write as (100 - PlayerBody.Stat("MoveSpeed")) + 100, also known as 200 - MoveSpeed
