Icy Vapor remains after cooking effect wears off

You cook a meal that gives Icy Breath twice. You can cast icy breath indefinitely while metabolizing this meal. Once you stop metabolizing the meal "Icy Vapor" stays on your face but you can no longer use this ability. I don't remember the exact ingredients that I used to get this effect, but I'm sure it had canned have-it-all, I'm mildly sure of having used hoarshrooms and some animal jerky. I got the same bug but with fire breath in this same save file.
