Anti-gravity Boots duplicate Action Menu options

When I've toggled flight for Anti-gravity boots, I get the usual pop-ups saying that I have the activated abilities "Swoop" and "Land" but these options don't disappear when they become non-applicable. So every time I turn them on, I get one more Swoop and Land options. When not flying, Swoop is considered a valid maneuver when it shouldn't be.
