Former user created an issue 2020-05-30

Mercurial Cloak should have a power toggle so you can keep wearing it without getting teleported upon taking damage. Removing the cell is more cumbersome than a simple power toggle.

Cancel that, mercurial cloak will remain as is. Displacer bracelets will have a power switch.
