<exsanguination microtubules> Ashes seem to have a higher render layer than corpses (or maybe they drop last, after the items?), because when killing stuff with flaming ray or a flaming weapon, the ashes appear on top of the loot. It may be nicer to prioritize showing the loot drops like with a normal kill.
