2 "exceeded event pool size 4000" crashes to desktop

Hi,
I am not sure how reproducible this crash is but I was playing the game as normal and when I attempted to chat with a neutral turret, the game just simply crashed to desktop. I’ve attached my save as well as a zip of the crashes folder in case it helps to find the source of the crash.

I've attached another occurrence of the "exceeded event pool size 4000" error. Seems to occur randomly.
