Jacked blood-gradient hand vacuums should "reload" faster

I am not sure if this is possible to have since this might affect other items that can use the jacked mod but would it be possible to have the blood-gradient hand vacuum reload faster or recover from the “exhausted” status if it has the jacked mod?

I ask because during prolonged firefights the player has to wait several turns to get rid of the “exhausted” status on the weapon. If you’re playing a gunslinger build with Akimbo and you have the jacked mod then the overloaded laser pistol makes for a better choice since it doesn’t get exhausted during prolonged firefights.

If the altering the jacked mod is a bit of a hassle then could having the player manually reload the hand vacuum minimize the “exhausted” status somehow?

    Not exactly doing any of this, but in the next update compute power will reduce the time a blood-gradient hand vacuum takes to regenerate a shot.
