<Mirdath> Did the quest "Decoding the Signal", turned it in, Otho told me to return back later, waited a few days, he told me the same thing. I was recommended to wish for othowander1, it ended up the same. in the meanwhile Otho was going to bed and returning back to his office.

Don't know what could cause this. The only thing I can think of is that I reached the Baetyl but had forgotten q-girls disk so I had to return back and get it. The completion of having reached the Baetyl might've messed with things somehow? No idea.

e: I was able to fix it with the wish : setstringgamestate:OmonporchReady:1
