Unable to replicate through an array of different scenarios, save and load, etc. I know this keeps getting reported, but all I can guess at this point is that some mod is doing this. There just isn't anyplace in beguiling or anything else that's clearing factions.

If replication steps from a new game could be produced, using wishes or whatever, I’d be delighted to reopen.
